Have you ever wondered about the dark underside of Rockford history? Did you know that, during Prohibition, Rockford had its share of rum running and gangland slayings? Kathi Kresol, author of Murder and Mayhem in Rockford, Illinois, will relate the stories of those violent times and how they impacted this quiet little town.

$8 adults; $6 students; $5 Midway Village Museum members

You may purchase tickets online until 8 am Wednesday, March 1 , or at the museum’s Gift Store.  Walk-ins are welcome the day of the lecture, but early registration is encouraged.  If you purchase admission online you will receive a PayPal receipt and tickets will be mailed through the US Postal Service by Thursday, March 2.
